condom\u00ednios.<\/p><p><strong>Gest\u00e3o social das fam\u00edlias:<\/strong><\/p><p><i class=\"fa fa-angle-right\"><\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Estabelecimento de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de proximidade com os moradores \u2013 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um clima de confian\u00e7a para uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o activa e eficaz;<br \/><i class=\"fa fa-angle-right\"><\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Conhecer, analisar e promover as compet\u00eancias das fam\u00edlias para uma vida em espa\u00e7o colectivo, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de higiene, sa\u00fade, seguran\u00e7a e respeito m\u00fatuo;<br \/><i class=\"fa
